The "Union of European Historical Companies" (C.E.R.S.) is hereby established to obtain full recognition for re-enactment as a precise cultural and didactical expression, to protect european companies of historical re-enactments, to organize itinerant historical displaies, to create a consulting service offering expertise to Local Bodies on occasions when Historical Events are held as well as other cultural initiatives that already exist. The CERS organize historical exhibitions, didactical projects, videos and documentaries, open-air big events, markets, conferences, etc.. From Ancient Age to the II World War. In 2002 the CERS obtained the High Patronage of the President of Italian Republic for its own national meeting "Storitalia".
